Privacy & evaluation terms

What we store. Account identity, organisation records, workload profiles, RFQs, quotes, orders, funding evidence, API-key verification hashes, batches you submit, metered usage counts and invoices. Uploaded evaluation material is treated as inert content and never executed.

What we record by default. Only operational and billing metadata. Diagnostic payload capture requires your explicit retention consent and is access-controlled.

Demo separation. Demo records live apart from live operations and are labelled simulated throughout.

Open dependencies. The operator and legal entity details required for live data collection and commercial launch are not yet published here. Until they are confirmed and this page is updated, the marketplace runs as a protected evaluation environment: real procurement workflow, honest pending states for email, payments and live execution, and no invented contact details. Evaluation uploads should contain only material you are authorised to share.
